1. What types of products do you customize?
We mainly customize caps, polo shirts, corporate clothing, and some promotional items, with your logo or design.
2. How do I send my logo?
When ordering, you can upload your logo directly to the product page (recommended format: high-resolution PNG or JPG, or vector PDF).
If necessary, you can also send it to us by email, indicating your order number.
3. Do I see a mock-up before production?
Yes, for products with a logo, a digital mock-up can be provided for validation.
Once the mock-up is approved, we start production, and it is no longer possible to modify the design.
4. What are the production and delivery times?
For customized products, the average production time is 7 to 12 business days.
Delivery then generally takes 3 to 7 business days within Canada and the United States (indicative times may vary depending on the carrier and period).
5. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, impressionGr only ships within Canada and the United States.
6. Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes, tiered pricing may be available for group or corporate orders.
Contact us with the details of your project (products, quantities, desired deadlines) for a personalized quote.
7. Can I return a customized product?
Customized products with your logo or text cannot be returned or refunded, except in case of our error or a manufacturing defect.
If you notice a problem, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the product.
8. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Send us an email with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
After verification, we can arrange a replacement or a refund depending on the situation.
9. What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are securely processed via solutions offered by Shopify (credit card, etc.) and sometimes other options (e.g., PayPal) depending on the store configuration.
